Order Processing
We fulfil orders through our logistics partners in Australia.
Orders placed before 12:00pm (local time) on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Dispatch timeframes may be extended during sale, peak periods, or pre-order campaigns. Where possible, any delays will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Most Australian orders arrive within 1–6 days from dispatch, depending on location and carrier routing. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship orders using trusted carriers selected based on your location and service level, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Direct Freight Express, and equivalent courier services.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs clearance.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order appears delayed, please allow up to 7 additional days beyond the estimated delivery time frame before contacting us.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at info@jmmsolutions.com.au within 14 days of delivery and include photos where possible so we can assist.
