Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for change of mind returns.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom-made, personalised, special order items, and consumable items (including solder tips and handles) are not eligible for change of mind returns.

To request a return, please contact info@jmmsolutions.com.au within 30 days of delivery. If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@jmmsolutions.com.au as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please lodge a return request and place a new order once your return is approved. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the original item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds for change of mind returns are for the item purchase price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Consumer Guarantees (Australia)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the failure is minor, we may offer to repair the goods or provide another appropriate remedy.
